Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience performing service repairs; demonstrated experience consistently meeting performance metrics preferred
- Basic knowledge of data entry/keyboarding skills
- Product knowledge of heavy and diesel equipment, as well as off-road, construction, and equipment technology
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, technology, and hydraulic systems used in off-road, construction, lawn, and heavy equipment
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of chemical and fluid substance use safety and energy control safety
- Basic service technician certification is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required; associate degree is preferred
- A valid driver’s license is required; a CDL (commercial driver’s license) is preferred
- A forklift license is preferred but can be certified in-house
